Pumped Full of Holes

For those of you who read my last entry, and immediately panicked wondering if my tetanus shot was up to date or not, you can now rest easy. I went to the doctor on Tues. and was poked in the arm (a lot less painful than being poked in the neck by a Rapala). Wow....I wish I had more to say, but I don't. Just be glad I wrote something at all.

i had to get a tetanus shot the other day. i wore a really cool racer back tank to stay comfortable. the doctor said she'd have to stick the needle in my muscle up high by my shoulder, so it was good to be in a tank top! i just felt a little stick as the tetanus needle went in. it seemed to take forever to go in cuz the doctor said it had to go deep in the muscle. then she pushed down on the syringe and OW! i felt this really deep tight muscly ache as the tetanus shot went into my right deltoid muscle. my amr ached for three days. am i glad tetanus is good for ten years! and thank goodness for tank tops! i couldn't wear sleeves for three days, so i went sleeveless in tanks till the tetanus ache went away. i'm right hadned so it was a real drag for those three days not being able to use my right arm.
